Welcome to MiniYou! Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the MiniYou mobile application ("the App").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our Services, including generating personalized 3D avatars and stickers:
- Facial Data and Photos: When you use the App, you upload a photo of your face. This photo is securely sent to our trusted third-party AI partners (such as Fal.ai) strictly for the purpose of generating your 3D model and digital stickers.
- Device and Usage Data: We collect basic analytics and device information (such as OS version and device model) to ensure the App functions correctly.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (like the Apple Advertising ID) and usage data to serve personalized ads.
- Purchase History: We use RevenueCat to manage In-App Purchases. We do not process or store your credit card information; all transactions are securely handled by Apple.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide the Service: Your photos are used exclusively to generate your requested 3D avatars and stickers.
- No AI Training: We do NOT use your photos, nor do we allow our AI partners to use your photos, to train, retrain, or improve foundation AI models.
- No Storage of Photos: Once the AI generation process is complete, your original photo is discarded from our processing servers. The final 3D models and stickers are saved directly to your device's local storage.
3. Third-Party Services
We employ the following trusted third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: For anonymous authentication and secure database infrastructure.
- RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
- Fal.ai: For secure cloud-based AI processing.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We only share information with the third-party providers mentioned above to the extent necessary to operate the App. We may also disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
