MiniYou is a mobile application that utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to transform user-provided selfies into customized 3D avatars, digital stickers, and highly detailed images. The Services allow users to generate, view, and export digital goods based on their personal photos.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

MiniYou operates on a credit-based system for generating AI content. If you purchase additional generation credits or packages:

• Purchases are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Prices, taxes, and packages are displayed at checkout.
• Unless required by law, all purchases of digital credits and generated digital goods are final and non-refundable once consumed or delivered.

6. Trials and promotions

Trials, free generation credits, or promotions may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of offer and may expire if not used within the specified timeframe.
